EIA预计美国明年下半年成为天然气净出口国给煤机

据普氏能源资讯7月12日华盛顿报道，随着出口墨西哥管道天然气的增加以及从路易斯安那州出口美国LNG的增加，美国能源信息署（EIA）12日预计美国在明年下半年成为一个天然气净出口国。

EIA的7月短期能源展望预测，今年美国管道天然气总出口量将日增70亿立方英尺，随后在2017年平均每天减少20 亿立方英尺至平均日增53亿立方英尺。驱动增加的主要原因是墨西哥电力部门的需求不断增加以及墨西哥国内天然男鞋气生产不景气。

与此同时，在2月份从钱尼尔能源公司在路易斯安那州的Sabine Pass LNG液化厂开始出口LNG以后，EIA预计今年美国LNG出口日增5亿立方英尺。由于Sabine Pass增加产能，美国在2017年LNG出口预计日增13亿立方英尺。

EIA sees US becoming net natural gas exporter in H2 2017

With natural gas pipeline exports to Mexico on the rise and the ramp up of US LNG exports from Louisiana, the US Energy Information Administration on Tuesday projected the US will become a net exporter of natural gas in the second half of 2017.

EIA's July Short-Ter二手仪器m Energy Outlook predicted gross pipeline exports will rise by 0.7 Bcf/d in 2016, then taper off by 0.2 Bcf/d in 2017 to an average of 5.3 Bcf/d. Driving the increase are the growing appetite from Mexico's power sector and flat gas production there.

At the same time, following the February kickoff cargo shipments from Cheniere's Sabine Pass LNG liquefaction plant in Louisiana, the agency as well expects a rise in gross LNG e南宫xports of 0.5 Bcf/d in 2016, and then 1.3 Bcf/d in 2017 as Sabine Pass ramps up capacity, the EIA outlook said.

"For the first time since 1957, the United States is on track to export more natural gas than it imports; this will occur during the second half of next year as more liquefied natural gas export capacity comes online," said EIA Administrator Adam Sieminski.
